Saugatuck’s research included surveys of more than 350 U.S.-based Public Sector organizations, including Government, Healthcare, Education, and Life Sciences. The survey input was bolstered by more than 30 one-on-one interviews with Public Sector IT and business executives. IBM engaged Saugatuck and BusinessWeek Research Services as a strategic research partners to perform the research, and to also “go beyond the data” to draw out insights and implications, and make recommendations for IBM and partner strategy and actions. |
