Senior Engagement Leader -
responsible for development and delivery of knowledge-based
consulting products and services. Established background and
track record in team leadership, program management, engagement
leadership and client relationship management (15-20+ years).
Management consulting or vendor market research experience is
preferred. Broad knowledge of IT industry, trends and strategic
planning methodologies. |

Strategy Consultant - responsible
for delivery of knowledge-based consulting engagements at a
consistently high-level of quality. Deep IT sector expertise
(e.g., software applications), as well as broad knowledge of
IT and business trends. 10-20+ years of management consulting,
industry analyst or market research experience. |

Research Analyst - responsible for
data analysis and the development of key findings in support of
a variety of research and consulting assignments. Strong
analytic background and experience working with primary research
data and spreadsheets, and in conducting secondary
research analysis. 5-7 years of experience working at a research
or management consulting company, or in a position within
finance, operations or marketing. Undergrad degree a minimum;
MBA preferable. |

Business Development Executives and
Associates - responsible for business development and
sales of the firm's management consulting services. Background:
mature and established sales professional (10-20+ years).
Management consulting or vendor market research experience is
mandatory. Must have substantial industry contacts.
Previous entrepreneurial disposition is essential for success. |
